Using an adjustable wrench, loosen the inlet fitting at the base of the cartridge by turning counterclockwise until it can be removed from the connector, then immediately turn cartridge retainer (with cartridge inside) onto its wide end to avoid material dripping.
Remove cartridge retainer and the inlet fitting from the used cartridge and transfer to the new cartridge.
If material buildup is present on the inlet fitting, soak in solvent for at least 5 minutes prior to installing on new cartridge.
If old cartridge is empty, dispose of it in a hazardous waste location. To save for later, adopt the cartridge lid and outlet cap removed from the new cartridge, and place in an appropriate environment dictated by material storage standards.
Transfer to the local pumping location, flip upside-down, and immediately tightening the inlet fitting with an adjustable wrench by turning clockwise.
Secure the cartridge retainer cap to the cartridge retainer by sliding it down the alignment slots and tightening clockwise.
If print material is changed from extrusion material to spray material, navigate to the manual tab and incrementally jog the correct material axis 5 mL (5000 uL) after bringing the nozzle to the nest.
Material pressures will activate when front door is closed and a print is commenced. Ensure that the correct pumping mode is set in the settings tab of the NCUI.
